Bounds out of the glass to meet you, with a whoosh of rhubarb crumble, apple, citrus and herb character. There’s a fatter passionfruit edge to add richness, but maybe just a little tart to be really successful. B+

Richer but more backward in style, still with pithy citrus flavour, but there’s also a riper pear and passionfruit flavour, plus a crisp, stony finish. Good now, but still (in spring 2017) coming out of its shell. S(-)
