A touch sweeter than the above, again with floral, yeasty notes, plus an apple-y character, but here the apples have caramelised slightly. Soft and (again) subtle, tasty stuff but maybe not quite as fine as the Brut. B+

Collalto Spumante Rosé Manzoni Moscato Extra Dry NV, Veneto, Italy
Very alluring style with a rose petal fragrance and a gushing flavour of musky grapes, freshened up with a note of lime. Gentle, tasty and very moreish. S-
