I have to be honest. There are many in the wine world who know far more than me about the subject. However, put them in front of a group of people and the stuff that comes out of their mouths is…well, let’s just be polite and sum it up as “worthy but turgid”…

My aim is to be entertaining and informative in equal measure. So when the opportunity came in 2018 to buy Manchester Wine School, I jumped at it. Since then, my goal has been to provide tastings for everyone from novice to seasoned pro, with the phrase “Helping Manchester Drink Better Wine” always in the back of my mind.
