Just what Zinfandel should be, with that balance between bold, ever-so-slightly jammy/baked berry and bramble flavours and a fresh, lightly herbal/stalky character, with touches of iron and warm earth thrown in for good measure. And grows in the glass – tasty now but good for a few years too. S(-)
