Starts off in rounded and peachy fashion, with creamy richness in there too, but then other characters appear – some toasty spent-match notes, a hint of (nice) cabbage, an exotic passionfruit edge, and some earthy freshness (from the Chenin Blanc). The result is complex, satisfying and moreish. S
