Rich but tangy style, with notes of ginger and honey alongside the herby greengage, plum and lemon curd. Nicely balanced, quite weighty but always fresh. B+

Has a hint of cedary maturity, but there’s still plenty of life in the ever-so-slightly rustic blackberry, plum and blackcurrant flavours, along with a toasty edge (despite being unoaked) and notes of herbs and spice. S-
