What happens when an English Master of Wine and a maverick South African make wine in Spain?

Combines the apricot and peach kernel of Viognier, with heady floral honey and honeysuckle of Garnacha, then adds in some creamy nuttiness too but there’s enough tang (maybe from the dribble of Roussanne?) to keep it all fresh and perky. S(-)
