The crunchy citrus freshness of Sauvignon Blanc is the first thing you notice, but then there’s this woomph of fat peachy Viognier flesh, with Semillon chipping in with its waxy texture. Manages to be full in flavour but still perky and keen, keeps you coming back for more. S(-)
