DTO brings together Parma ham, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, port, Douro table wines and Burgundy wines working together to promote a selection of European Union products that speak of their origin. Yes, yum, a very nice collection – asking whether they could include some English beer and Belgian chocolate would seem positively ungrateful… Do look out for the various events taking place around the country – I’m doing some trade events in August in Manchester and Birmingham so if you want more info, click this link.
