This is about as light as PX (in sherry form) gets, so there’s a touch of lemon-marmalade-like citrus acidity to freshen up the unctuous golden syrup and treacle toffee flavours. But it’s still wonderfully sticky and concentrated, and thanks to that freshness, you can almost imagine yourself having a second (small) glass. S(-)
